Silk Road Boutique products are of a highest standard and hygiene is an important factor for silk garments. Silk Road Boutique will offer a refund on all items if you are not perfectly satisfied within 14 days of receipt of purchases for UK orders and 20 days for outside the UK. This is subject to items are returned unworn and unsoiled, in perfect condition and any tag attached to the product remain unbroken. This also includes the original packaging if provided.

Returning your purchase
If you wish to return any item(s) please inform us in writing at
customerservice@silkroadboutique.com that you wish to return your purchase (quote your Order Number). We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please quote this number when you return your purchase to us. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that delivery charges (where applicable) and return postage are direct costs and we regret that we cannot refund these.

Exchanging an item
If you wish to exchange for alternative items, we will pay for the dispatch of your replacement order. Please contact our friendly customer service team at customerservice@silkroadboutique.com for instructions.
