View the different products using the simple menu system. You can also use the search function, if you know exactly what you are looking for. Select the number of items you want and click on the "Add to My Bag" button. You can continue to browse the shop for additional items or if you wish to view the items you are purchasing select the button “My Basket”.
When you have acquired all your products, click the “Checkout” button and follow the simple instructions to progress the order for payment.
Currently all orders are preferably placed online. If there are any issues with the order(s) please contact us via email email@example.com (Monday – Saturday 09:00 to 17:00, Public Holidays 10:00 to 16:00).
Please sign in to your account, go to the Address Book and add another address. When the new address is saved you are able to use the new delivery address when you checkout.
To place an order you need to create an account with us. You will be able to view your order history and have access to other features.
Depending on the stage of your order is in, you may be able to change the order but please note we try to process your order promptly. If you do require a change with regards to the order, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
You can cancel an order before your product(s) has been dispatched for any reason. Please contact us at email@example.com. If the order has been progressed beyond cancellation then please follow the instructions with regards to Returns.
We accept overseas payment via the website. Payment is only accepted in British pounds sterling (£). Please make sure to fill in the delivery address as accurately as possible. You will need to note we do not take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. UK taxes are excluded from all non- UK and EU purchases. Exchange rates may apply if your credit card is of another currency and delivery is charged at a cost based upon the weight of the parcel.
