Payments currently accepted
Silk Road Boutique accepts Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express. We do not accept Visa Solo. All transactions are in British pounds sterling (£).
If your credit card is of another currency, then an exchange rate will be applied from that card issuer and you may be charged an international fee. Payment online is in a secure environment provided by PayPal where the user is re-directed to an SSL site to make a secure payment.

When do you charge my card?
Your Card will be charged once the order has been despatched. The funds with which to pay may be allocated from your bank account/credit card to ensure that they are available when the charge is made. If any items on your order are delayed, your card will be charged only when each item is despatched with a confirmation email.
VAT charges
Orders dispatched to a European Union state will be charged a standard VAT Rate. No VAT will be charged for items dispatched outside the European Union. If you think you have been charged VAT in error, please contact our Customer Service team via email at customerservice@silkroadboutique.com for a prompt response (Monday – Saturday 09:00 to 17:00, Public Holidays 10:00 to 16:00).
